Twinsters

“Twinsters” has an edge over most documentaries by having an interesting premise that can be written on a napkin (semi-famous actress gets a friend request from someone who could be her twin). What follows is a conveyance of a great story that isn’t necessarily told with grace but makes up for that with the effervescent personalities of the twinsters. The film loses steam in its second half when what should have been the film’s climax falls through due to the stubbornness of a crucial key in the film’s puzzle, but this is otherwise a film that is impossible to hate.
