Samoa Joe vs. Takeshi Morishima, from ROH Fifth Year Festival: NYC

I can see how this got positive press shortly after it happened, but hindsight does not do this match any favors. Fact is, this is Morishima and Joe going through their usual spots, and what novelty there is in that sort of thing depends on how familiar one is with either wrestler's usual spots. Morishima impresses the crowd here, but give it six months and the same material gets a negative reception at "Manhattan Mayhem II". It also suffers from the usual problem of ROH matches going five minutes longer than they need to. Not awful, but definitely not essential.
