Invincible (In About Six Hours I Lose My Virginity to a Fish)

This episode felt directionless and completely divorced from any sort of momentum given to it by previous episodes. The best episode in a while, in other words, if only because it occasionally realizes that conveying ludicrous violence in this format will more likely spark amusement than horror or dread, so the fish showdown feels tonally in line with how the audience feels. One positive review I read amounted to “IF YOU READ THE COMICS YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THIS EPISODE SETS UP AND THAT MAKES IT GOOD”, a line of thinking that needed to fucking die a long time ago.
