Back to the Future Part III

The first 45 minutes are good, and the last 20 to 30 minutes do a great job of wrapping up the story. It is the exact middle of this film that proves problematic as the story comes to a halt and a whole lot of nothing happens. It isn’t that the Old West is intrinsically less interesting than the future but that THIS Old West lacks the charm and freneticism of the previous setting(s). I wouldn’t recommend skipping this one as the conclusion is well done, but I’d question the wisdom of going back to this film more than once.
