WWF WrestleMania X7 (also marketed as “Wrestlemania 17”)

In terms of workrate, booking, and average snowflake ratings, fine, this probably isn’t the best Wrestlemania—the first great match comes fifth on a card with eleven matches, and the conclusion of the main event is a rare bad booking move. That said, in terms of both the wide variety of great matches and what this show meant for wrestling (a celebration of WWF being the only major wrestling company in America), there’s a case to be made for this being the best wrestling show of all time. It’s my pick, easily, and second place is far behind this one.
