Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

I’d been warned by someone this is a bad film where nothing happens and then it ends. This person has deleted all their social media presence, presumably out of shame for misrepresenting one of the best dark comedies of the past decade. I can see how the film’s darkness could be off-putting as it leans towards the bleakest outcome in almost every scenario it presents (this is the sort of film where the two main leads toss around slurs as naturally as they breathe), but it’s certainly eventful. Lots of people get hurt and hurt each other! That ain’t nothing!
