Sonic Spinball

Sections where Sonic is forced to bounce between pads that chirp and chime when hit have been enough of a staple in the mainline series that a pinball spinoff made sense. Too bad most of its good ideas end at the drawing board. Some fun can be had with messing around with it but playing this as a game to be finished means dealing with inconsistent physics, boards that do a poor job of communicating what needs to be done, and only four levels; “Take a Break! Pinball” from the same year had more variety. Yet another lackluster Sonic game.
