Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte Flair for the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship, from WWE WrestleMania 39 Saturday

I wasn’t a big fan of the build towards this match and I remember not caring much for their match at WrestleMania 36, so I wasn’t expecting much of this. It was a heck of a time for them, in other words, to put on the best singles contests of their careers up until this point, outstanding physicality married to tangible logic that kept building in ingenuity and drama for its considerable duration. Rumor was this match was slated at some point to close the show and fan reaction shot that down, but they probably could have pulled it off.
