Moxie

“Booksmart”, “The Edge of Seventeen”, “Eighth Grade”, “Hidden Figures”, “Lady Bird”, “Little Women”, “Mad Max: Fury Road”, the remake of “Suspiria”, “Under the Skin”—all these relatively recent films with at least feminist leanings are worth your time above this artless crap, so steadfast in conveying strawman arguments through transparent proxies to forward an agenda that it’s more easily comparable to “God’s Not Dead” than “Mean Girls”. What’s worse is “Moxie” banks so hard on being baby’s first feminist joint, it forgets to do the diligence of being a good dramedy, with little plot, developed characters, or jokes. Just terrible.
