Loki (Glorious Purpose)

I should have known “Loki” would fail to justify its own existence. Basing a show around the most obviously worthless character in the MCU brings the challenge of making us care about the boor before doing anything else, but “Loki” assumes we care about Loki, and we don’t. His form of wit consists of using overly loquacious language and saying “HA THAT TASK IS EASY” before failing miserably at that task, and the latter joke barely worked ten years ago and is old hat now. His middling character development here makes him seem pathetically malleable. Just a miserable fucking episode.
