Kirby’s Avalanche

“Kirby’s Avalanche” may be the only Puyo Puyo game in the SNES Online library to date, but let’s face it, if you were in the market for at least a bare bones Puyo Puyo game or even if you weren’t, you were probably already sold some permutation of this game. (Genesis Online already has its own Puyo Puyo game, one with more natural synergy between the franchise and the concept.) If you’ve an irrational fondness for Kirby and his aesthetic, this might amuse you for some time, but I struggle to understand what otherwise sets it apart from the pack.
