Fighter’s History (SNES version)

At the risk of making a bad game sound good, the SNES had plenty of worse fighting games than this. The soundtrack adorably bleeps and blorps in a manner not unlike plenty of beloved titles of the time, and the gameplay is both responsive and allows for some degree of strategy, not always a guarantee for this subset of game. If we’ve taken to be critical towards early “Street Fighter” titles, however, “Fighter’s History” doesn’t stand a chance of a revival. It’s not horrible, it’s just not good, which, somehow, makes it an above-average game for the Switch Online library.
