Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (revisited)

The touching story of a dolt that gets badgered into a relationship with The Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started A Conversation With At A Party and regrets it and then doesn’t regret it. Proof positive, if nothing else, that a film can have great acting and can look great and have a great soundtrack and still not be good. Various write-ups singing the praises of this boring film reveal a cult following that have willingly (and perhaps unknowingly) assigned emotional weight to a film that conjures no emotion. A dull film on par with “Twilight” and “She’s All That”.
