Bubsy

You’ve already experienced the best part of the game just by reading that title. Bubsy’s way of moving—fast and carefree—doesn’t jibe with its level layout—full of traps and enemies that kill with one hit (also: falling damage). The player is given too much conflicting information to be able to comfortably move forward, which might work for games that invoke a sense of horror but is downright poison for a cheerful platformer starring a gliding bobcat. Couple that with an obnoxious sense of humor and you’ve got a true dud, though I’ve still played far worse than this.
