Action 52

The NES had a worse ratio of bad to good games than you might remember, but the ratio isn’t as representative as “Action 52” makes it out to be, which is 52 bad games for every 0 good games, which suggest an unending supply of terrible games that will forever come down the pipeline. Some of these games might have been halfway decent had they been blessed with more polish, but none of them are worth your time. I wouldn’t go as far as to say this is the worst game on the NES, but it is a strong contender.
