A Quiet Place Part Two
Whatever thrills could have been had from “A Quiet Place” were undone by how it pointed neon lights at nonsensical logic; a carpenter securing a nail upside-down in a step is among the lesser plotholes. “Part Two”, on the other hand, has, like, one completely nonsensical element you must go along with, so it’s much easier to go with the flow and have a good time. It’s still on the low end of good, with little happening for long stretches of time and a B-plot that’s impossible to care about, but it’s downright masterful compared to the terrible first film.
