This was awesome! Four good-to-great workers who are motivated to make their real-life friends look good means this was never going to be anything less than great, but they craft a neat story onto this as well, each team having a similar composition (a little dude who moves fast and a big guy who doesn’t need to move fast) but whose gameplan and expressed outlook couldn’t be more different. Even the heat section that takes up the middle third feels earned after the hot start. Hall’s ladder matches may be more important, but this might have been his best match.
