Yumiko Hotta vs. Aja Kong for the WWWA World Single Championship, from AJW Ota Ward Champion Legend

There are aspects of this I was over the moon for. The unconventional injury angle made it feel different, I loved that both made their opponent work for their holds, and I got the sense they truly did not like each other. They also saw fit, however, to work in too many restspots that killed the pacing and exist seemingly to only extend the match’s duration. Kong is supposed to come across like a killer, so what is she doing slapping on a chinlock while she has the advantage? This was plenty good, but it could’ve been so much better.
