Streets of Rage 2 (3DS version)
The beauty of “Streets of Rage 2” comes courtesy of its enemy placement, implementation of special moves, and overall presentation. You’re not just walking up to bad dudes and hitting the attack button, you must take their composition into mind, approach them carefully, and choose the right attack that dispatches or stuns them in a manner that doesn’t leave yourself open to attack while one of the best soundtracks of the era plays in the background. It’s not on par with “Turtles in Time” but it is close, and TMNT 4 never got a 3DS port that DESTROYS YOUR EYEBALLS
