Shinobu Kandori vs. Akira Hokuto, from AJW Dream Slam Night One

Hokuto starts off with smacking the shit out of Kandori, talking smack over the house mic, and then almost getting her arm ripped off by a Kandori kimura. So begins one of the most brutal wrestling matches of all time, mining more purpose out of an armbar than most wrestlers could hope to accomplish with a hardware store’s worth of plunder. The drama is based off a simple premise, of the badass Hokuto standing up to someone that could end her career in a heartbeat, and it needs little pulp besides that. Arguably the best match of an outstanding card.
