My Brain is Different: Stories of ADHD and Other Developmental Disorders

Those looking to educate themselves and their loved ones on living with developmental disorders would get the most out of this, utilizing it as a form of instruction on what to expect going forward (though the multiple instances involving self-harm would make me think twice about letting young folk read it without discussion or supervision). As a competitor to other “quirky” manga, “Brain” will likely leave you wanting more as it relies hard on its audience being interested in its subject matter and anecdotes than conveying belly laughs. It’s a graphic novel “Chicken Soup for the Soul” about developmental disorders.
