Murderville (Season One?)

This improv comedy lives or dies on the strength of its guest star. The worst of these is Annie Murphy, winner of an Outstanding Supporting Actress Comedy Emmy for her part in the horrible “Schitt’s Creek” who shows off all the comic chops she learned in five years of working on that show by acting, here, like an unprepared fan plucked off the street, giving limited responses and spending most of her time failing not to giggle. Most, however, do fine, with Marshawn Lynch’s Don Quixotesque lunacy being the runaway highlight (“I can hear you—” “Act like you can’t!”).
