Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs. the Briscoes (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) for the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championship, from ROH Good Times Great Memories

What's special here, beyond the masterful execution of such complicated holds, is how many rules of conventional wrestling storytelling are broken without losing the audience; there's hot tags a plenty, but the audience pops loudest for the climax. There's some great contrasting personalities on display here as well: the Briscoes are emotional and instinctual, MCMG are cold and come with a gameplan. ROH was hosting match of the year candidates practically every month at this point (a hot streak that would continue well into the following year), and this might have been the best match they hosted in that time.
