Doom (1993 video game) (Switch version)

Just about the only part I don't like about this port are the Ultimate Doom levels; throwing a bonkers amount of enemies at you in the prior episodes felt like either action climaxes or unique storytelling elements in their own right, and asking me to take on a red baron with a pistol and shotgun is absurd. The rest of this game is gold, offering thoughtful ways of keeping you on your toes and masterfully orchestrating matters so you often realize how deep in shit you are after taking three steps. The backtracking ain't that hard, y'all, use the map.
