Colby Corino vs. Krule / Mads Krügger (Hardcore Match), from DPW Showdown In the Carolinas

I’ve thought I’d seen enough monsters in wrestling rip off Michael Myers that the tricks stopped working on me. Krule has dashed that notion. Everything about his presentation to his moveset to even the way he walks (more wrestlers need to include a defined method of moving that comes across like a stage direction—Moxley is the only other worker I can think of who does this) works to convey he might be from another world, or at least isn’t human. Corino, following this metaphor, works well playing Laurie Strode, but this is the Krule show. He’s fucking scary, man.
