Bowser’s Fury

“Grand Theft Mario” is thrilling and cool and needs a lot of work if it’s going to sustain a full-length game. Bowser attacks are well-conveyed, coming across as something to be feared without destroying the tone of the game, but as the only way (for a while) to get rid of him is to get a Cat Jiggy, you’ll often find yourself either struggling to overcome a difficult challenge while Bowser breathes on you or get off easy because his attack unlocked an easy trophy. Nintendo have something cool here, and I’d like to see its problems get ironed out.
