AJ Styles vs. Paul London, from Ring of Honor Night of the Grudges

You’d think these two would put on a wonderful spotfest, which they do, but they’re smart enough to toss in a great story while they’re at it. Styles looks for a killer blow while London keeps trying to slow Styles down by targeting his leg, and while the latter element likely sounds dry on the page, know that London takes to doing a flip off the top rope onto Styles’s leg. It’s crazy good work all around these two have no problems conveying, and were the whole thing not such a dry affair, I’d be tempted to score this higher.
