Abbott Elementary (Work Family)

I sometimes wonder how a member of the 18-34 demographic, conditioned on modern standards, would react to the pilot of “Cheers”. I imagine they would regard it with horror. “What is this? JOKES that make me LAUGH?! Oh, this simply will not do! Jokes are supposed to make you consider smirking, not amuse you! She might be MORMON, because she needs more men! That is a line someone was paid to write in the most celebrated comedy on television!” That said, the lame D.A.R.E. concert was almost awkward enough to land a punchline, making this a standout “Abbott Elementary” episode.
